We are pleased to inform you that as of August 4, 2017, UNIBank is switching to a new, updated version of e-banking with significantly increased functionalities.

The new version can be accessed via https://e-unibanka.mk using username and password (see Registration process).

Your username and password enable you to monitor the balance of and any changes to your accounts, credit cards, saving accounts and loans.

In order for you to make payments, you need to have a Qualified Electronic Signature issued on a token by an authorized certification authority in the Republic of Macedonia. You shall register the certificate individually via E-UNIBank. After completing the registration, you need to come to the Bank to get your certificate activated. After the activation you will be able to smoothly perform your activities via the new electronic banking system E-UNIBank.

E-banking from any place in the world – 24 hours a day – 7 days in the week

Depending on your personal wishes and preferences, you may choose:

  • Passive banking – for resident and non-resident legal entities and individuals
  • Active banking – for resident legal entities and individuals

Electronic banking is a service that provides you an easy and convenient way to manage your personal accounts and/or your company accounts without having to go to the bank. You can use the e-UNIBank platform to perform your banking operations online directly from your PC with a high level of security. 

The passive banking service includes the following:

  • Monitoring balances of transactional accounts in MKD and foreign currency, available funds, monitoring the flow of transactions, statements, transfers, etc.
  • Monitoring the status of saving accounts, debit and credit cards, overview of loans
  • Overview of card authorizations
  • Monitoring exchange rates
  • Monthly online card statements
  • Receiving statements for transactional accounts and credit cards via e-mail
  • Exporting data from statements in excel, pdf, html for more convenient processing
  • Information on branches, ATMs, bank news, etc.

The active banking service includes the following:

  • Payments in MKD with lower charges compared to hard copy payment orders
  • Payments in foreign currency
  • Processing of database payment orders
  • Opening of accounts and saving accounts
  • Monitoring exchange rates
  • Buying and selling of currency, as well as the possibility of getting a pre-agreed exchange rate;
  • Monitoring balances of transactional accounts in MKD and foreign currency, available funds, monitoring the flow of transactions, statements, transfers, etc.
  • Monitoring the status of saving accounts, debit and credit cards, overview of loans
  • Monitoring exchange rates
  • Monthly online card statements
  • Possibility for early repayment of credit card debts

Mobile application “My Unibank”

By using the mobile application My Unibank you can quickly and easily check the balance of your bank accounts and saving accounts, make real-time payments, get the latest information about your credit and debit cards. And if you are looking for a branch or an ATM, the application directs you to the nearest and most suitable one for you. All this is achieved with a modern intuitive design in order to be easy and comfortable for you.       

    

Basic features of the mobile application My Unibank:

  • You receive a full and detailed report on your accounts - you can check the availability, amounts of received and paid orders, execution dates, etc. We always make sure that all information is presented visually with convenient graphics.
  • Possibility for making payments in the country and abroad with just one click. The intuitive payment system leads you from the beginning of the operation until its successful completion. You can use templates for the most common payments to make payments even faster and easier. With just one click you can copy and execute the payment.
  • You are always informed about your saving accounts - through the application you can easily find out the accumulated interest so far, check the maturity date of the deposit and the days left to maturity.
  • Manage your credit and debit cards easily – you can monitor all payments made with the cards, your balance, the credit limit of your credit cards, etc. Now you can pay your credit card debt with just one click. Of course, all information is displayed graphically.
  • Quick information about UNIBank's branches and ATMs through the map in the application – find out easily what are our nearest branch offices and ATMs, see office hours and contact details, use Maps to get to them faster. For your convenience, current photographs of our branch offices are available.
  • Exchange rate information – monitor “buying rates” and “selling rates” of UNIBank in real time for the currencies operated by the Bank.
  • News - latest information about products, promotions and everything that matters to you.
  • Promotions - here we will announce the latest information about new products and services or about current promotions as soon as possible for the users of the application. Follow us to be informed before everyone else.
  • You can choose adjustments that make your operations with the application even more comfortable and pleasant. For more information, check the application profile and the “Settings” menu.

 

Your security is our priority  
You have different options to select transaction limits and security adjustments, such as session length, validation policy, and more.

In the customization of the application, you can select:

  • Manner of signing active operations - payments:
    - all operations on the device using Token;
    - operations to certain limits of the application with a password.
  • Duration of the application session. It is not recommended to use an unreasonably long session.

Payment limits
The limit levels represent the maximum amounts up to which you can make transactions through your mobile application without token verification. After the registration for using the My Unibank mobile application, the lowest level i.e. “Level A” is automatically applied after registering the mobile device.

Level A limits:

  • weekly - 4,000 MKD;
  • daily - 2.000 MKD;
  • per transaction - 1,000 MKD.

Change to a higher level is possible by submitting an “Application for changing the registration in “My Unibank”. This can be done at https://e-unibanka.mk in the “Settings” – “Mobile application My Unibank” menu or in the nearest branch of UNIBank.

Supported Operating Systems:

The application is available for iOS and Android, with mandatory minimum requirements for a version set by the Bank.
At present, the minimum requirements are: Android OS v.4.0 and iOS 7.0.

The users of the application may be:

  • for payments (active banking) – individuals over 18 years of age;
  • for statements (passive banking) – legal entities and individuals over 18 years of age;
  • authorized persons of individuals and/or legal entities. 

The My Unibank mobile application is available for free download from the application catalog supported by the respective operating system (currently on Google Play and AppStore).

    In order to use the e-banking service, you must be a client of the Bank and register as a user in one of the following manners:

    • Online registration – you can file an Application for Registration via https://e-unibanka.mk, followed by confirmation of the registration in a branch office of UNIBank that is most suitable for you.
    • In the nearest UNIBank’s branch office.

    Note: If you already have an existing username, you can access other registrations which you are an authorized person for by signing a document in the Bank.

    Certificate registration

    For users of active banking, which includes payment, the user must register the certificate via https://e-unibanka.mk. The registration shall be made for each account individually and it must be approved by the Bank.
